Public Relations Officer - CICPA

Important Note:
Applicants must have prior hands-on experience managing CICPA documentation, approvals, access passes, and compliance-related processes. This is a mandatory requirement for the role. Candidates without relevant CICPA experience will not be considered.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8 Hours per Day)

Salary Bracket: 7000 AED - 8000 AED

We are seeking a PRO to manage all aspects related to site security, access control, and compliance with the CICPA at our Al Tawaleeh Power site in Abu Dhabi. This role will be crucial for ensuring that all personnel, vehicles, and activities adhere to security protocols and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and have a strong background in compliance, security management, and CICPA regulations.

• Ensure full adherence to CICPA regulations, including site access control, personnel management, and vehicle entry/exit.
• Stay informed on updates to CICPA and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
• Work closely with legal, security, and operational teams to ensure continuous compliance with relevant regulations.

• Oversee the issuance of site passes for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage the entry and exit of vehicles, ensuring thorough checks and accurate logs.
• Supervise security procedures for all personnel and vehicles entering the site, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols.

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to CICPA compliance, including access records and security procedures.
• Report to management and regulatory bodies on compliance activities and any security incidents or breaches.
• Conduct periodic audits of site access and security measures to ensure ongoing adherence to standards. Collaboration with Authorities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the site and local regulatory bodies regarding compliance and security matters.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that site activities remain compliant with CICPA and security regulations.
  • Ensure all contractors and visitors are trained on security protocols and CICPA compliance before accessing the site.
  Qualifications
  • Experience:
    
    Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, regulatory compliance, or a related field, with a focus on critical infrastructure security and CICPA.
  • Education:
    
    Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of CICPA and critical infrastructure security protocols.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage compliance and security teams.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English to communicate effectively with local authorities and site personnel.
  • Proficient in security software, access control systems, and compliance management tools.
  Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the power or energy sector, particularly in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
  • Experience dealing directly with local regulatory authorities and handling compliance audits.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance-related tasks simultaneously.
