Data Center Security Specialist , Infrastructure Physical Security

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we keep the cloud running by supporting all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.

• Help lead daily operational security as part of a security operations team across multiple facilities
• Drive security awareness campaigns aimed at enhancing security vigilance and effectiveness
• Experience with workflow ticketing and extraction development of performance metrics
• Lead security investigations across campus facilities
• Oversee physical security vendors that provide guards, electronic security systems, door construction/repair, fencing, and access controls
• Distill overarching security strategy into daily tactics to reach management goals
• Oversee security construction projects
• Provide security awareness training to data center personnel

• Experience using CCTV, access control and intrusion systems
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• 1+ years of security operations oversight experience
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive process and system improvements

• ASIS/CSMP or similar
