Tactical Combat Medical Instructor; Arabic

• The TCMI function requires a minimum of a military enlisted non‑commissioned officer’s experience and demonstrable experience in a medical training team within an equivalent military medical environment. The TCMI role is to assist on the whole life delivery of all elements of the courses detailed in the contract and in close collaboration with the client. Therefore, the TCMI must have a minimum of two years instructional experience within a military medicine setting and must have military operational experience.

The TCMI role will be client facing with an emphasis on high personal and professional values based upon a thorough knowledge of the contract, the working environment and culture to ensure the highest standards are maintained within the Team throughout the lifetime of the contract.
