Join our Security team and help create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues through leadership, care, and attention to detail. At Hyatt, every role matters, and every colleague has the opportunity to grow.

• Lead and support Security colleagues in delivering Hyatt standards.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, and hotel property.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV, access-control systems, and alarms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, security logs, and required documentation.
• Coach and motivate team members while fostering teamwork, respect, vigilance, and care.

• Minimum 2-3 years of Security experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of security operations, CCTV monitoring, access control, and emergency procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and professional and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Good English communication skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
