Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Security colleagues in delivering Hyatt standards.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, and hotel property.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV, access-control systems, and alarms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.
- Prepare accurate incident reports, security logs, and required documentation.
- Coach and motivate team members while fostering teamwork, respect, vigilance, and care.
- Minimum 2–3 years of Security experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of security operations, CCTV monitoring, access control, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and professional and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Good English communication skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
