Security Manager

We are looking for a Security Manager for our Abu-Dhabi office. This position requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety. The Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees and facilities by implementing security measures, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents.

The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to consider an immigrant for this position. A minimum of one year of experience in security is preferred.

The Security Manager's primary responsibilities include:

• Developing security policies, protocols, and procedures in accordance with state/federal laws
• Monitoring security personnel performance and ensuring that they meet the required standards
• Investigating incidents, taking corrective action when necessary, and preparing reports
• Working closely with other departments to ensure the highest level of security is maintained
• Coordinating with local law enforcement agencies when appropriate
• Creating a safe work environment by conducting regular safety audits and inspections
• Administering access control systems (CCTVs, access cards, etc.) to ensure that only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
• Providing training on safety procedures to employees as needed

The salary range for this position is 1300 AED per month.
