Salary: 1500
We are looking to hire a Security Manager for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to manage the security operations of the organization, and ensure that it meets all applicable security standards.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive security plan for the facility;
- Monitor and maintain security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and other safety measures;
- Oversee the recruitment and training of personnel assigned to the security department;
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and personnel;
- Investigate incidents or breaches in security protocol;
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies when necessary;
- Maintain updated records of all personnel with access to the facility;
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field;
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.);
- Excellent organizational skills.
