We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and the protection of the company’s assets.

• Developing and implementing security policies to protect employees, facilities, and assets.
• Designing security systems that meet business requirements.
• Managing access control systems.
• Conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats.
• Working with local law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Investigating incidents and complaints related to security violations or breaches.
• Preparing reports on security activities.
• Supervising security personnel and providing training as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate must also have experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field is preferred but not required.

Competitive salary of 1400 AED/month plus benefits for the right candidate.
