Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security services to the company’s employees, facilities, and assets while also managing a team of security officers. The duties will include developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting investigations into incidents, scheduling patrols, responding to emergencies, identifying potential threats and monitoring access points.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a security management role.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to lead a team of security officers while maintaining order and discipline.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and act calmly in emergency situations.
• Fluency in English is essential; fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience working with surveillance systems is preferred.
