We are looking for a highly experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the security field and will be based in Abu Dhabi with a salary of 1500. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Description:

The Security Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by developing, implementing, and enforcing security protocols throughout the organization. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of procedures related to access control, patrolling services, surveillance systems, safety protocols, asset protection strategies, and emergency preparedness plans. The Security Manager provides leadership and guidance to staff while ensuring compliance with company policies as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

• Develop comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all personnel
• Oversee the installation of security systems such as access control systems, CCTV cameras, alarms systems etc.
• Monitor security activities onsite to identify potential risks or threats
• Develop emergency preparedness plans including evacuation strategies
• Train staff on safety protocols such as fire prevention techniques or proper handling of hazardous materials
• Respond to all incidents promptly and according to established protocol
• Maintain records related to access control systems or other security measures implemented onsite

• Bachelor's degree in security management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the security field
• In-depth understanding of safety protocols and asset protection strategies
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
