We are looking for a Watchman who is responsible for safeguarding the company’s premises, employees, visitors, and property by monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and promptly reporting security or safety concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, damages, or security breaches.
- Ensure doors, gates, and restricted areas are properly secured.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Assist employees and visitors when required.
- Previous experience as a watchman or security guard is preferred.
- Basic communication and report-writing skills.
- Physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Alert, disciplined, trustworthy, and responsible.
