We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly capable Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead the organization’s overall security strategy and risk management framework. The CSO will be responsible for protecting the organization’s people, assets, facilities, information, operations, and reputation while ensuring business continuity and a secure working environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, risk management, crisis response, security operations, and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the organization’s overall security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures.
Lead enterprise-wide security and risk management initiatives to protect employees, assets, facilities, information, and business operations.
Identify, assess, and manage physical, operational, personnel, information, and other organizational security risks.
Establish comprehensive security frameworks, controls, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee corporate security operations, including access control, facility security, visitor management, surveillance, and security personnel.
Develop and maintain emergency response, crisis management, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Lead investigations into security incidents, breaches, theft, fraud, misconduct, and other security-related matters when required.
