Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Excavator Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a range of heavy equipment to complete tasks such as digging ditches, trenches, or foundations; transporting materials; mixing concrete; and removing debris. This role requires excellent knowledge of safety procedures and experience operating excavators. We are open to considering applicants with no prior experience, but must demonstrate a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate excavators to dig trenches, ditches, or holes for foundations, drains, or utilities

• Transport materials such as soil, rock, gravel or other materials using the excavator

• Level earth for the construction of roads or buildings by grading with the excavator bucket or blade

• Mix concrete as required using the excavator mixer attachment

• Follow safety protocols when operating machinery and ensure all safety regulations are adhered to at all times

• Maintain excavation equipment in good working order; perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise

• Document daily activities accurately in a logbook

• Collaborate closely with other team members and supervisors onsite

• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required

• Previous experience operating an excavator is preferred but not required

• Knowledge of excavation safety regulations is preferred but not required

• Ability to read blueprints or schematics is preferred but not required

• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
