Position:
Paver Operator

Salary: 3500 AED

• Operate and maintain paver equipment, including asphalt pavers, rollers, and other related machinery
• Ensure proper set‑up and operation of paver equipment according to project specifications
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired paving results
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient paving operations
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on paver equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, including materials used, equipment maintenance, and production quantities
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project objectives are met
• Work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements and schedules

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating paver equipment in a construction or airport setting
• Knowledge of paver equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Basic understanding of asphalt paving materials and processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
