We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Fixer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel fixing and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine the layout and placement of steel bars
• Measure and cut steel bars to specific lengths using a variety of tools and equipment
• Bend and shape steel bars using manual or automated techniques
• Secure steel bars in place by tying, welding, or bolting them to structural elements
• Ensure that all steel bars are properly aligned and placed according to the specifications
• Use concrete pumps and cranes to lift and position heavy steel bars
• Inspect and repair damaged or defective steel bars as needed
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on construction sites
• Communicate with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a steel fixer in the construction industry
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques used in steel fixing
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to accurately measure and cut steel bars
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid safety certifications and training preferred
