The British International School Abu Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and adaptable Social Worker to join our dedicated team. • A compassionate, proactive, and highly organized professional who is committed to supporting the wellbeing and success of young people.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Social Services, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in youth-related social work, ideally within an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, families, colleagues, and external agencies.

• Provide individual and group support for students.
• Contribute to intervention planning and evaluation.
• Assist with crisis response and safeguarding matters.
• Promote positive partnerships between home and school.
• Collaborate to identify and address barriers to learning and support student engagement and wellbeing.
• Ensure appropriate support systems are in place for students and families.
