The successful candidate will provide individual and group support, contribute to intervention planning, assist with crisis response and safeguarding matters, and promote positive partnerships between home and school. You will work collaboratively to identify and address barriers to learning, support student engagement and wellbeing, and ensure that appropriate support systems are in place for students and families.

We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and highly organised professional who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Social Services, or a related field and has a minimum of two years experience in youth-related social work, ideally within an educational setting. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, families, colleagues, and external agencies.
Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in providing social and emotional support, maintaining accurate records, managing sensitive situations with professionalism, and contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture.
Above all, you will be passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
