- Provide direct client support and case management under the supervision of a licensed social worker.
- Assist clients in navigating social service systems, connecting them with essential resources like housing, food, and healthcare.
- Conduct initial client assessments to gather information and identify immediate needs and potential risks.
- Facilitate support groups and psycho educational sessions to empower clients with coping mechanisms and information.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Completion of a supervised field placement or internship in a social service setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of social work ethics and client confidentiality principles.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and data entry.
- UAE license is not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
