Overview
The mission of the research assistant is to participate intensively in research works that aim at solving prediction modeling problems using LLM, RAG and LLM fine tuning. The candidate will be able to use Python libraries related to AI agent development and LLM manipulation. Experience with frameworks and tools like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Lang Smith, etc., is preferred. The candidate should have broad knowledge of the spectrum of LLMs that help enhance decision making.
The role involves developing an AI agentic application that may require knowledge in LLM APIs, AI tools and software development. The position effective date is 15 January 2026 and ends on 31 December 2026, with the possibility of extension. Salary will be determined and readjusted based on the candidate’s skills, evaluation, and achievements.
