Durlston Partners is working with an elite-level Hedge Fund that is looking for a Trade Floor Support Engineer to join their team.
The Role:- Front Line: Direct support for Traders, Quants, and C-Suite (White-Glove Service)
- Automation: Use Power Shell/Python to kill repetitive tasks
- Speed: Resolve critical trade-floor issues in real-time
- 4+ years in Desktop Support (Hedge Fund/Quant Trading background preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Windows OS internals and hardware troubleshooting
- A "fix it once, fix it right" mentality
