AI Agentic Engineer

About the Role

We're seeking an AI Agentic Engineer to design and build intelligent agents that conduct realistic voice interviews. You'll work at the intersection of LLMs, voice AI, and agent frameworks to create engaging, adaptive interview experiences.

• Design and implement AI agents for conducting voice interviews
• Develop prompt engineering strategies for natural conversations
• Build systems for real-time voice interaction with low latency
• Create adaptive interview flows based on candidate responses
• Implement evaluation and scoring algorithms
• Optimize agent performance and response quality
• Experiment with new AI models and agent frameworks
• Analyze user interactions to improve agent behavior

• 3+ years of experience working with LLMs and AI systems
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and agent design
• Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM APIs
• Knowledge of agent frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Auto Gen, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python and async programming
• Experience with voice AI technologies (STT/TTS)
• Understanding of conversation design and dialogue systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with real-time voice agents (Live Kit, Twilio, etc.)
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or agent training
• Background in NLP or computational linguistics
• Experience with embeddings and semantic search
• Familiarity with interview processes and assessment methodologies
• Published research or blog posts on AI agents
