As a C++ Software Engineer with Vatic, you will work directly with traders, researchers, and developers to engineer cutting‑edge, ultra‑low latency, high‑throughput trading systems. You will play a key role in taking projects from conception to deployment, driving innovation for the frameworks that underpin our trading applications, and benchmarking and tuning critical software services to achieve optimum performance.

• Advanced proficiency with C/C++ systems development in a Linux environment
• Performance tuning and optimization of low‑latency software
• Demonstrable success building high‑performance software
• Experience building latency‑sensitive systems with a strong understanding of low‑level systems and network development
• Strong understanding of hardware stack and architecture from a latency perspective
• Strong understanding of network protocols
• Advanced knowledge of operating system internals and the Linux kernel
• Interest in x86 Assembly
