Job Summary

We have an urgent requirement for a Technical Lead Java Spring Boot, Microservices architecture with Kafka MQ, with strong banking experience, for one of our banking clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Lead a team of Java developers in designing, developing and maintaining Spring Boot microservices for banking applications, using RESTful services and Kafka MQ for messaging.

• Lead a team of Java developers in delivering high-quality microservices-based solutions.
• Design and develop Spring Boot microservices for banking applications, focusing on scalability and resilience.
• Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems.
• Use Kafka MQ for asynchronous messaging and event-driven architecture.
• Manage team priorities, tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment (CI/CD).
• Mentor team members for technical growth and skill enhancement.

• 8+ years of experience in Java development, with focus on Spring Boot and microservices.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and Kafka MQ for messaging.
• Experience leading a team of developers and managing priorities.
• Banking domain experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical leadership.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Agile development experience.
