Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Architect and implement solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Angular frameworks.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee integration with third-party services and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
Monitor team performance, set clear goals, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web and mobile applications.

Experience Required

10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Angular.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Angular.
Solid understanding of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure Dev Ops, and cloud deployment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to mentor and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.
