Senior Web Application Developer

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Relocation Required)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Applications Developer to join their product development team in Abu Dhabi. You will design, develop and maintain sophisticated web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while meeting stringent security and performance requirements. Working across both front-end and back-end systems, you will contribute to building scalable, secure applications for enterprise environments.

• Full-Stack Development – Design and develop user interfaces (React, Vue.js, Angular) and back-end microservices (Node.js, GoLang, Python)
• Architecture & Design – Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions
• Code Quality – Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code following industry best practices
• API Integration – Integrate front-end components with back-end services and collaborate with core API developers
• Performance & Security – Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Dev Ops & Deployment – Package web applications using Docker and deploy via Git Ops and CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshooting – Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues efficiently
• Team Collaboration – Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and stay updated with industry advancements

• 7+ years of professional web development experience
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, etc.)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and server‑side communication patterns
• Proficiency with build tools (Webpack, Parcel or equivalent)
• Hands‑on experience with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to write testable, maintainable code
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Experience building complex Single‑Page Applications (SPAs)
• Proficiency with Type Script
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards
• Background in performance optimisation techniques
• Experience with modern database management systems
• Understanding of microservices architecture
