We’re partnering with a leading organization in artificial intelligence to hire a Staff Machine Learning Engineer who will play a key role in building and scaling cutting-edge AI solutions.

In this position, you will design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models that power advanced AI systems. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn complex business challenges into high‑impact AI products.

• Model Development: Build, train, and deploy predictive models that enhance AI‑driven solutions.
• Advanced AI Applications: Leverage state‑of‑the‑art techniques including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Model Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve model performance in real‑world environments.
• Data Engineering: Design and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure high‑quality inputs for ML systems.

• 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or Data Science.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models and advanced fine‑tuning techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or scikit‑learn.
• Experience with Generative AI tools like Lang Chain, Weaviate, Lang Graph, or Llama Index.
• Advanced programming skills in Python.
• Competitive programming or data science background (e.g., ACM/ICPC, IOI/NOI, Kaggle) is a strong plus.
