AI Engineer

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development and deployment of AI solutions across a variety of live projects within the Centre of Excellence. Work alongside senior engineers and technical leads, gaining exposure to complex real‑world AI challenges across multiple domains. Support the build‑out of the COE’s AI capability, including tooling, frameworks and best practices. Collaborate cross‑functionally with data engineering and product teams to integrate AI into broader solution architectures.

Stay current with developments in AI research and emerging techniques, bringing new thinking into the team. Grow your technical capability rapidly in an environment that actively invests in the development of its people.

• 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in AI engineering or a closely related discipline
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and practical experience building and deploying models
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch or Hugging Face
• Exposure to NLP, computer vision or other applied AI domains is advantageous
• Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills and a genuine appetite to learn from those around you
• UAE National status is required for this position
