• Customize and optimize high‑end gaming PCs to deliver unparalleled performance.
• Master thermal management, power delivery, and component compatibility to create perfectly balanced systems.
• Perform meticulous system maintenance, including deep cleaning, benchmark testing, and firmware updates.

• Eliminate game crashes, FPS drops, and latency issues through expert troubleshooting and system tuning.
• Fine‑tune system and in‑game settings to achieve buttery‑smooth stable gameplay experiences.
• Manage the complete software ecosystem: graphics drivers, game files, launchers, patches, and updates.

• Design and deploy advanced gaming networks with enterprise‑grade routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Achieve minimal latency and maximum throughput for competitive online gaming performance.
• Implement QoS configurations, resolve connectivity challenges, and optimize wireless performance.
• Plan comprehensive Wi‑Fi coverage and manage wireless mesh networks for seamless connectivity.

• Manage enterprise‑grade NAS servers: monitor disk health, optimize storage, and prevent failures before they happen.
• Execute strategic firmware updates across routers, switches, servers, and NAS devices.
• Maintain and optimize Plex Media Server for exceptional performance, library management, and streaming quality.
• Diagnose and resolve server, storage, and media delivery challenges with technical precision.

• Deep hands‑on experience building and maintaining high‑end gaming PC hardware.
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities across hardware, software, and networking domains.
• Solid understanding of networking principles, Wi‑Fi optimization, and Quality of Service (QoS) management.
• Proven experience managing NAS systems, servers, and media platforms in production environments.
• Strong proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Server environments.
• Knowledge of VPNs, security best practices, and firmware management.
