Job Overview
Lead the design and development of a scalable cloud Fin Ops platform, ensuring cost optimization and resource efficiency across all cloud environments. Architect and implement full‑stack solutions from front‑end user interfaces to back‑end services leveraging modern cloud technologies and best practices. Develop and maintain Fin Ops dashboards and reporting tools providing actionable insights into cloud spending, usage, and performance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, finance, and operations—to define and implement Fin Ops strategies and initiatives.
Experienceand Skills
- 10–15 years of professional experience
- Full‑stack architecture expertise, including ReactJS, Python, FastAPI as backend, PostgresSQL, Azure Data Factory, and backend data pipelines
- Implementation of TLS
1.2/1.3 and SSO solutions - Leadership of senior full‑stack developers; design of modules and projects
- Fin Ops experience is an added bonus
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in principal or staff engineer roles
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, with exposure to AWS and OCI
- 3+ years of experience with data engineering and lakehouse architectures
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑scale platforms from inception to production
- Expert‑level proficiency in React, Python, and Type Script
- Deep experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark
- Strong knowledge of Azure services: AKS, ADLS Gen2, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, and API Management
- Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions
- Experience designing multi‑cloud data integration solutions
- Knowledge of Fin Ops principles and cloud cost management concepts
- Understanding of enterprise security patterns, including zero‑trust architecture, private endpoints, and managed identities
- Experience with event‑driven architectures and streaming data platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Experience leading distributed engineering teams
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business delivery timelines
