Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from initial prototype to stable production
- Build full‑stack systems that deliver customer value and provide insights for model improvement
- Embed closely with customer teams to understand needs and guide the adoption of new solutions
- Scope work, sequence delivery, and proactively remove technical or operational blockers
- Make critical trade‑offs between scope, speed, and quality to protect delivery timelines
- Contribute directly to production‑grade code when necessary to ensure progress
- Codify working patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, or building blocks
- Share field feedback with Research and Product teams to influence the product roadmap
- 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience
- Proven experience in customer‑facing roles
- Proficiency in full‑stack development using Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support customer deployments
