• Lead the development of modern, scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Chakra UI
• Implement SSR, SSG, and CSR patterns based on application performance goals
• Architect reusable design systems and UI component libraries for large-scale platforms
• Optimize web performance using Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and other advanced WPO techniques
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs for dynamic data-driven interfaces
• Develop automated test coverage using Jest, Cypress, or Playwright for robust deployments
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and Dev Ops to deliver pixel-perfect, secure applications
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile delivery cycles

• 12 years of hands‑on experience in front‑end/web development
• Mastery of React.js, Next.js, Chakra UI, Type Script, and JavaScript ES6
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, CSS‑in‑JS solutions, and modern pre/post‑processors like SASS/LESS
• Deep understanding of component‑driven development and front‑end design architecture
• Experience building design systems for enterprise‑scale platforms
• Strong knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and agile collaboration tools
• Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility standards, and testing best practices
