About the Company
Dizzaract is a product-driven company operating at the intersection of gaming, digital platforms, and AI. We build and scale multiple products — including Farcana 2.0, Gamed, and FAR Labs — each exploring a different space, but united by a shared approach: moving fast, staying curious, and focusing on things that people actually use. We operate as a collaborative, non-hierarchical team where ideas are valued based on their impact, not their origin, and where AI is embedded across everything we build — from infrastructure to product decisions.
Aboutthe Role
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to build and scale the core systems behind our gaming platform and live services. This is a hands‑on engineering role where you will design architecture, implement features, and work on systems that directly impact hundreds of thousands of users. You’ll be working across distributed systems, real‑time data, and high-load environments — in close collaboration with frontend, game, and Dev Ops teams.
WhoYou Are
Backend Engineer with Strong Fundamentals – You have solid experience building and maintaining scalable backend systems using Python and modern frameworks.
Systems Thinker – You understand distributed systems, event‑driven architecture, and how to design for scalability, reliability, and performance.
Execution‑Focused – You’re comfortable owning features end‑to‑end — from design to deployment and optimisation. You work well across teams and can align with frontend, game, and infrastructure engineers to deliver cohesive systems. You enjoy tackling complex technical challenges in high‑load environments and finding practical solutions.
