Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize complex PL/SQL code, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages to enhance database performance and functionality. Lead the architectural design and implementation of database solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve intricate database issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems with advanced debugging techniques. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.
QualificationsPossesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Demonstrates 7+ years of progressive experience in Oracle database development and administration. Holds Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional or equivalent certification. Has proven expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and advanced SQL concepts.

- Experience in ETL development and data migration.
- Performance tuning using Oracle tools.
- Database design, data modelling, and normalization.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working on regulatory reporting, risk, compliance, financial services, or Sup Tech initiatives.
- Experience handling large-scale datasets and complex data transformations.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- Exposure to banking or financial regulatory environments.
