Senior AI Engineer

• Develop enterprise-grade RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval optimization, and response generation.

We are seeking experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions powered by Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role focuses on developing production-ready AI applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, intelligent agents, and cloud-native AI platforms that drive digital transformation within the banking sector.

• Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using commercial and open-source LLMs.
• Develop enterprise-grade RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval optimization, and response generation.
• Build intelligent AI assistants, autonomous agents, and domain-specific AI solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize AI models for scalability, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

• Develop AI services using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Build NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and agent orchestration strategies.
• Fine-tune foundation models and optimize inference performance.

• Integrate AI services with Azure, AWS, and enterprise cloud platforms.
• Implement vector databases and semantic search capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Product teams.
• Ensure AI governance, security, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
