Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a strong AI-Native Software Engineer with hands‑on experience building production‑grade RAG, LLM and Agentic AI solutions.

This role is ideal for a software engineer who can design scalable AI systems, build multi‑agent workflows, integrate enterprise APIs and critically review AI‑generated code before it reaches production.

Work Model: 5 days work from office

Experience: 5+ years

• Strong hands‑on experience in RAG and LLM applications
• Production experience with Agentic AI and multi‑agent workflows
• Experience with Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Auto Gen, CrewAI or similar frameworks
• Strong knowledge of document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search and reranking
• Strong backend development experience using Python, FastAPI, Flask or Django
• Experience with REST APIs, async processing and system design
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, security and code review

• Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Git Hub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Code or Aider
• Experience integrating with SAP Success Factors, Workday, Oracle HCM or other enterprise platforms
• Exposure to MLOps, LLM evaluation, fine‑tuning and enterprise identity systems

• Valid passport is mandatory
• Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
• Must be comfortable working 5 days from the office
