Temenos- Systems Analyst – IT Core Banking

Experience

5-8 years of hands‑on experience in technical or techno‑functional support/implementation/development roles within the Temenos Transact (T24) core banking system with exposure in R20 or above releases. Previous experience of working with a bank in UAE will be added advantage.

Extensive, in‑depth knowledge and practical experience with Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) and Temenos Payments Hub (TPH).

• Proficiency in Temenos development tools/frameworks: jBASE, TAFJ/TAFC, Info Basic programming, and Temenos APIs/Integration Frameworks (OFS, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Knowledge of SQL/jBase and windows environment for Temenos.
• Banking Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of core banking operations, Islamic banking products (CASA, Wakala, Murabaha, Mudaraba, Ijarah etc), payment processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022, CRS, CPS, IFRS etc).
• Problem‑Solving:
  Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proven ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes or effective workarounds.
• Communication:
  Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including business users, developers, and QA teams.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or in a related field.
• Certifications:
  
  Temenos certifications are a plus.
