Most transformation roles ask you to advise. This one asks you to build, then deliver, then prove it at scale. A large, extraordinarily well‑resourced organization is rewiring how it operates from the ground up – not through slide decks and pilots, but through a hands‑on delivery engine that ships working AI agents into real workflows, in real domains, in months, not years.

It needs someone to build that engine and run it. The ambition is enormous: turn more than 60% of activities into work done autonomously by interconnected, reusable AI agents – backed by a fully AI‑fluent workforce. This is a build‑it-and‑run‑it role, not an advisory seat.

• Build and lead the transformation from scratch – hire, develop, and manage a team and the rapid‑response capacity behind them.

• Design the operating model: blueprinting methodology, delivery standards, governance, and co‑location of embedded teams.

• Own delivery outcomes across every active domain – workflows reaching agentic grade, agents live in production, measurable time savings.

• Mobilize senior executives, business unit leaders, and functional heads across the organization to secure top‑level sponsorship for priority domains.

• 8+ years in large‑scale transformation or technology delivery, including 5+ years leading AI or digital transformation programs end to end.

• A proven track record delivering AI transformation at scale – a portfolio of AI or GenAI initiatives actually in production, not a stack of pilots.

• A top‑tier consulting background or senior operator experience at an AI‑native company, pairing structured problem solving with hands‑on delivery.

• Deep working knowledge of agentic AI – LLMs, agent architectures, orchestration, and evaluation – and a clear‑eyed read on what's production‑ready versus experimental.

• Experience building teams and functions from zero, hiring senior delivery leaders, and holding a high bar.

• Large‑scale public or private sector transformation experience is a strong plus.

A genuine build‑from‑zero mandate: design the engine, hire the team, and set the standard for how transformation gets delivered at massive scale.
