About the Role
As a Full Stack Software Engineer based in the United Arab Emirates you will design develop and maintain scalable web applications across the entire technology stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive our digital offerings forward ensuring performance security and reliability in a fast-paced agile environment.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain front-end features using React js Build and optimize server-side applications and RESTful APIs with Node js.
- Develop and manage relational databases using SQL.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers in an Agile Scrum process.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- 3 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6.
- Proven experience with React js and component-based architectures.
- Experience building RESTful APIs with Node js and Express.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL querying.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Type Script and static typing.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration, Kubernetes.
- Exposure to CI CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Previous work experience in the UAE or MENA region.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Azure Developer.
