Black Pearl Consult is seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and optimization of advanced models powering real-world AI applications. You will manage the model lifecycle from research to production, collaborating with product engineering and research teams in Abu Dhabi.
The role requires strong experience with LLMs, NLP and generative AI, plus Python and major ML libraries (Tensor Flow, PyTorch). A Master’s or Ph.D. is highly desirable.
