Forward Deployed Engineer (Mandarin Speaking)

Our client is a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of AI‑powered platforms, digital transformation, and advanced software solutions. They are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the technical bridge between customers and product engineering teams, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and adoption of cutting‑edge technology solutions.

This is a highly customer‑facing role suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building trusted client relationships, and delivering real‑world technical outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, deploy, configure, and support complex software platforms across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise environments.
• Build proof of concepts, pilot projects, and custom integrations to address customer needs.
• Act as the technical lead during customer engagements, workshops, demonstrations, and deployments.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to influence product development based on customer feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across application, infrastructure, data, and integration layers.
• Develop scripts, APIs, automation tools, and custom functionality to support customer workflows.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support ongoing platform optimization, adoption, and customer success initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Forward Deployed Engineering
  • Solutions Engineering
  • Solutions Architecture
  • Technical Consulting
  • Implementation Engineering
  • AI Engineering
  • Software Engineering
• Strong software development experience with Python and modern development frameworks.
• Experience working with APIs, microservices, system integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to engage directly with customers and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in complex and fast‑moving environments.
