AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-native technologies. This role will focus on building intelligent AI agents, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

The successful candidate will combine strong software engineering expertise with practical experience in LLMs, AI orchestration, and cloud technologies to create innovative solutions that drive business value.

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Build and optimize AI agents, including orchestration, planning, routing, and multi-agent collaboration capabilities.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, tools, and external systems.
• Implement memory management, contextual reasoning, and state management capabilities within AI solutions.
• Design and enforce AI safety mechanisms, guardrails, content moderation, and responsible AI practices.
• Build evaluation frameworks and automated testing processes to measure AI performance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python and modern API frameworks.
• Deploy and manage AI services using containerized and cloud-native architectures.
• Optimize the performance, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency of AI workloads.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Type Script.
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI solutions, and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience building and deploying REST APIs and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of AI security, authentication, data governance, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience optimizing production AI applications for scale, performance, and operational efficiency.

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and agentic AI ecosystems.
• Familiarity with model evaluation frameworks and AI quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience developing AI applications in regulated or enterprise environments.
• Exposure to multi-agent systems and advanced orchestration patterns.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
