We are hiring multiple Staff-level AI Product Managers to join a fast growing enterprise AI company in Abu Dhabi, where you will own a product area and take real AI capabilities all the way into production.
This is not a spec writing seat. It is for someone who can sit with AI engineers, get hands on with frontier models, and stay accountable for how the product performs once it is live.

Discoverthe Role
You will lead the vision for one product squad, paired with your own engineering team, and decide what gets built and why. You are comfortable planning months ahead while still shipping constantly, you move between customer conversations and model evaluations without missing a beat, and you prototype ideas yourself before anything reaches engineering. Working alongside AI agents is simply part of how the team operates each day, not a novelty.
Discoverthe Responsibilities
Set the direction for your squad and keep it tied to the wider platform vision.
Turn what customers actually need into clear priorities and specs an engineer can build from.
Prototype with agents and frontier models yourself, scope the use case, design the evals, and validate before handing anything over.
Own delivery from first idea through to steady performance in production.
Work closely with your fellow product managers so the whole platform stays coherent.
At least 7 years or more in product management, with a couple of those spent building AI products such as agent or LLM systems, applied ML or similar.
Genuinely hands on with today s AI tooling, comfortable prompting frontier models and reading evals with a critical eye.
Strong technical instincts, able to prototype an idea in code or no code tools without waiting on anyone.
A track record shipping enterprise or B2B products for demanding, expert users.
Happy in a small senior team with high autonomy and plenty of direct customer contact.
