An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior QA Engineer to join the AI Factory team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for experienced quality engineering professionals who are passionate about building scalable test automation frameworks and ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-powered platforms supporting next-generation government services.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will lead quality engineering initiatives across AI applications, backend systems, APIs, mobile platforms, and cloud-native infrastructure. You will collaborate with software engineers, AI specialists, and product teams to establish best practices in software testing, automation, and AI quality evaluation while contributing to large-scale digital transformation projects.

• Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, APIs, backend services, and data pipelines.
• Develop quality strategies for AI-powered products, including:
  • LLM evaluation
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) testing
  • Regression detection
  • Golden dataset management
  • AI output quality assessment
• Perform performance, security, accessibility, and reliability testing.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve release quality through continuous testing and automation.
• Establish quality observability using analytics, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote quality engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and AI teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Minimum 7+ years of QA or Test Automation experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Type Script, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
  • Appium or Detox
  • API and Contract Testing
  • Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Jenkins
  • k6, JMeter, or Locust
• Experience designing enterprise-scale automation frameworks and testing strategies.
• Strong understanding of software quality for distributed systems.

• Experience with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) testing and evaluation.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI systems.
• Experience with Deep Eval, Ragas, Promptfoo, Lang Smith, or Braintrust.
• Experience using Great Expectations, Soda, or other data quality platforms.
• Knowledge of security testing, prompt injection testing, and adversarial testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.
