• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and distributed microservices.
• Develop high-performance applications using Go (preferred), Rust, or Java.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and gRPC-based services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS.
• Develop networking features supporting routing protocols and VPN technologies.
• Integrate SNMP for monitoring and network management.
• Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Optimize application performance through concurrent programming techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot backend applications and improve system reliability and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Ensure secure, maintainable, and production-ready software solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 7+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building distributed backend systems and cloud-native applications.
• Experience with networking technologies and enterprise backend platforms.
