- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Develop end-to-end automation strategies for enterprise applications.
- Perform UI, API, and integration testing.
- Validate REST APIs, schema validation, and contract verification.
- Build automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or Detox.
- Implement performance testing using k6, JMeter, or Locust.
- Design and execute CI/CD quality assurance workflows.
- Collaborate with developers and Dev Ops teams to improve software quality.
- Perform AI and Large Language Model (LLM) testing.
- Evaluate RAG systems, AI agent workflows, and LLM outputs.
- Validate grounding, retrieval quality, citation accuracy, and multi-step reasoning.
- Perform data and machine learning pipeline testing.
- Conduct security, accessibility, and resilience testing.
- Prepare test reports and quality metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement across enterprise quality engineering initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
- Strong experience designing enterprise automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and contract validation.
- Experience implementing CI/CD quality practices.
- Experience with performance testing methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and lead quality initiatives.
