Web Developer
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications for our company. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our websites are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing webpage layouts and coding website features using HTML, CSS, and Java Script
- Collaborating with graphic designers to create visually appealing website designs
- Developing and maintaining back-end databases and servers
- Troubleshooting website issues and implementing solutions
- Ensuring cross-platform compatibility for all web applications
- Improving website functionality through ongoing maintenance and updates
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends in web development and implementing best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with back-end development using languages like PHP or Java
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working on large-scale websites or web applications
- Familiarity with responsive design principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles
