A leading organization within the Banking AI Division is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to develop and deploy production-grade Conversational AI and Agentic AI systems in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role is focused on building intelligent AI solutions using Python, Large Language Models, Lang Graph, Lang Chain, and Azure AI Foundry.

The successful candidate will work on advanced conversational and agentic AI architectures, including tool use, self-reflection, HITL agent patterns, MCP integrations, RAG workflows, and enterprise AI services. The position also requires strong capabilities in REST APIs, JSON schemas, Pydantic, validation, AI security, and debugging non-deterministic AI systems.

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Conversational AI and Agentic AI systems.
• Build AI applications using Python, Lang Graph, Lang Chain, LLMs, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Develop conversational workflows and intelligent AI agents for enterprise banking use cases.
• Implement agentic patterns including ReAct, self-reflection, tool use, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL).
• Integrate MCP tools into conversational AI and agent workflows.
• Develop robust REST APIs using JSON schemas, Pydantic, and validation frameworks.
• Implement RAG-based solutions and knowledge-grounded conversational experiences.
• Integrate Azure AI Search and Azure Document Intelligence where required.
• Work with AI models and services including Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Cohere.
• Develop and optimize LLM prompt engineering strategies.
• Implement AI guardrails and security controls for enterprise AI systems.
• Protect sensitive information and implement PII protection mechanisms.
• Identify and mitigate prompt-injection risks and other AI security threats.
• Conduct adversarial testing and evaluate AI system behavior.
• Debug and troubleshoot non-deterministic AI systems in production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and business teams.
• Ensure AI solutions meet production reliability, scalability, security, and performance requirements.
• Stay current with developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM frameworks, and enterprise AI engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of production-grade Python development experience.
• Proven hands-on experience building production-grade Conversational AI or Agentic AI systems.
• Strong experience with Lang Graph, Lang Chain, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI.
• Strong LLM prompt engineering and Conversational AI experience.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere is preferred.
• Experience with ReAct, self-reflection, tool use, and HITL agent patterns.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON schemas, Pydantic, and data validation.
• Hands-on experience with MCP tool integration and conversational workflows.
• Experience with RAG is preferred.
• Experience with Azure AI Search and/or Azure Document Intelligence is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI guardrails, PII protection, prompt-injection security, and adversarial testing.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for non-deterministic AI systems.
• Banking domain experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Relevant AI, cloud, or software engineering certifications are advantageous.
