A leading UAE organization is expanding its AI & Innovation function and is seeking a Junior AI Software Engineer to help design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI-powered products and applications. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands‑on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud‑native development, and modern software engineering within a high‑growth innovation environment.

As a Junior AI Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of AI applications, intelligent APIs, and cloud‑native solutions that support business transformation and innovation initiatives. Working closely with AI engineers, software developers, data scientists, and product teams, you will build, integrate, and optimize modern applications that leverage advanced AI capabilities. The role combines backend development, frontend engineering, cloud technologies, Dev Ops practices, and emerging AI frameworks.

You will have the opportunity to work on real‑world Generative AI and Agentic AI projects, gaining valuable experience across the full software development lifecycle while contributing to impactful AI‑driven solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and services.
• Build scalable APIs and backend systems supporting AI solutions.
• Develop frontend interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate machine learning and Generative AI capabilities.
• Develop cloud‑native applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Support deployment and management of containerized applications.
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and automated deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Contribute to AI experimentation, testing, and product innovation initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Support the development of Agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of software engineering or application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with JavaScript and/or Type Script.
• Hands‑on experience with React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with Git version control systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Exposure to Generative AI technologies and applications.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Lang Graph, Lang Chain, CrewAI, Auto Gen, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating LLMs into business applications.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI deployment practices.
