Senior Developer - eTrading

We are seeking a Senior Electronic Trading Engineer to design and build low-latency, event-driven cross asset trading systems that integratemarket data, pricing libraries, and execution venues, enabling real-time streaming, execution, and risk-aware trade processing.

This is a front-office technology role, working closely with traders, quants, and platform teams.

• 7–12 years in capital markets technology
• Minimum 5+ years in electronic trading platform development
• Proven track record delivering latency-sensitive trading solutions
• Strong understanding of connectivity protocols, API and low-latency trading systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills accompanied with excellent communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to operate in high-pressure front-office environments
• Strong stakeholder management (Traders, Quants, Business)
• Ownership mindset with focus on performance and stability

• Strong programming expertise in C# , Python
• Deep understanding of:
  • Multithreading, concurrency, and event-driven systems
  • Low-latency system design and optimization
• Experience with:
  • Messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Solace, JMS)
  • REST / Web Socket APIs for real-time streaming

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Electronic trading workflows (RFQ, streaming, execution)
  • Market microstructure across FX / Rates / Credit
  • Front-office trading or pricing systems
  • Venue/exchange connectivity (FIX protocol preferred)
• Integration Expertise:
  • Trade booking systems (e.g., Murex or similar platforms)
• Understanding of:
  • STP and post-trade flows

• Distributed, scalable, low-latency architectures
• Data structures & algorithm optimization
• High-throughput systems

• Cross-asset trading platforms
• Smart Order Routing / algorithmic execution
