Senior Backend Java Developer

This is an onsite position backed Abu Dhabi
-Relocation is required

We are seeking a Senior Backend Java Developer with extensive experience in C# to join our innovative team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience and a passion for developing cutting-edge solutions.

• Develop and Optimize:
  Design, develop, and optimize backend systems using Java, with a focus on scalable and high-performance architectures.
• Cross-Technology Integration:
  Leverage C# experience to integrate with existing systems and provide interoperability between Java and C# platforms.
• Architectural Design:
  Implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Reactive Programming, and robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing Excellence:
  Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end (E2E) tests to ensure software reliability and quality.
• Collaborative Development:
  Work closely with developers, system architects, and product managers in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Technological Leadership:
  Contribute to architectural decisions and lead the adoption of emerging backend technologies and frameworks.

• Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in backend development using Java.
• Proven expertise in C#, particularly in systems integration or full-stack environments.

  Skills:
• Strong understanding of functional programming, Reactive Programming, and message-based communication.
• Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Git Lab and Docker.
• Familiarity with tools and frameworks like Gradle, Akka, and Kotlin is a plus.
• Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and DDD (Domain-Driven Design).
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
